Ryan P. Dugan is originally from Iowa and moved to Fort Myers in 1988. Mr. Dugan has resided here ever since, except when he was away for College and Law School. Mr. Dugan is a highly accomplished attorney and a former prosecutor with over twenty-two years of legal experience. Prior, Mr. Dugan attended the University of Dubuque, in Dubuque Iowa where he played both Baseball and Football. Mr. Dugan earned his bachelors in two different majors in only five semesters.
